So, I once had a blog (on Blogger) but opted to move the information on it to my web page since a lot of it was static and start up a Facebook page for my Red Horse Artworks studio to cover the various goings-on.
I'm probably in the minority that I am not a fan of Facebook. Yes, it got my work noticed more, but it was noticed by people that were non-hobbyists. While some people don't mind that, I would prefer that my words and pictures be seen by mostly hobby folk as they would be the ones to most understand and appreciate and benefit from what I do and say and show. And I don't feel I need to limit my words as I did on Facebook. I want to be able to expound on what I'm doing in the studio (and outside of the studio, too).
So, I unpublished my Facebook page and thought I would once again report the studio goings-on in a blog. We'll see how this goes. I will probably re-publish my studio Facebook page again, but use it just to notify interested parties that there is a new blog post.
